Going to school and doing a colon cleanse are not mutually exclusive.
I made it through my Anatomy and Chemistry exams today without having to get up and run for the bathroom.
That was a joke! I really haven’t had to run anywhere at all, and don’t expect that I will. I started the colon cleanse a week ago and I’m up to six capsules of Colon Corrective per day.
The last time I did this cleanse (Jan-Feb 2008), I took up to nine capsules a day. They seem to be working more easily this time, and I suspect it is because my diet is a little different now and I have been using nutritional supplements continuously since then. You start with one capsule a day, then increase by one a day until you “notice a significant improvement in the way your bowel works.”
The Colon Detoxifier is the real key to the colon cleanse. I am also using the Metal Magic detox formula and the Stone Breaker formula in anticipation of my upcoming liver/ gallbladder flush.
The last time I did a cleanse and a detox, it did not affect my work schedule or any of the other activities I was doing at the time. I felt ill during the detox phase for less than a day and really was incapacitated for only about two or three hours. Since that was my first cleanse, I expect that that was the worst case scenario.
Jon Barron called that episode a “healing crisis.” Basically, it was my body rejecting some very bad toxins that had collected in my liver and gallbladder over my lifetime. Through the colon cleanse and liver detox process, those toxins were finally provided a way to exit my body. In his book, “Lessons from the Miracle Doctors,” Jon describes my healing crisis as “on the severe side to be sure.” If this is the worst thing that can happen during a cleanse and detox, then a couple of hours of discomfort, with no harm done to my body, is a small price to pay for the obvious increased vitality and health I experienced afterward.
Baseline has the book on sale now for $15. It is the new expanded hardback edition and covers many aspects of a personal health care lifestyle. It is for sick people, and for healthy people who want to stay that way. My story is on page 84. If you know me, I usually have a copy or two kicking around to lend out. If you want to check out Jon’s book, order it here:

You can download the 2002 version of “Lessons from the Miracle Doctors” for free, but it doesn’t include my story, or the more readable new format or a bunch of updated information:

Another good source of information on the process that I am doing now is Jon Barron’s web site. Here is the specific detox information:

Check out the entire web site. It has tons of great information.
Thanks for reading this. Please feel free to comment, share your experiences or give encouragement (or harassment, you know who you are!).
