Day 5- detox done

Pretty much a great day today. I got four hours of sleep last night, rolled out of the house today at 7AM on my trusty daytripper bicycle, without the aid of coffee for the fifth day in a row. I will admit to taking a couple of droppers full of Baseline's Warp Speed before leaving...always a good idea the day of multiple exams. Over the big, long hill to Anatomy class, where just taking notes is a challenge. Back over the hill to my Chemistry and Psych exams, and to add insult to injury, I opted to take my two Chemistry retests. Home by noon. Oh yeah, the online Anatomy quiz awaited me. Wednesdays are really the zenith of my week this semester.

I was feeling pretty good all day. It was a good thing, because I can't imagine feeling crappy, and being able to cope on a day like today. It was nice getting a call from my buddy Jason, a.k.a. "Captain Fury," yesterday. Just kidding Jason, but you are still a hero to everyone who rides a bike on the roads in Tucker County. Anyways, I was informed that the word is out that I'm "cutting my ties with Canaan Valley" by Jason and MR Jeff. Thanks guys!

Oh yeah, this blog is supposed to be about my detox. I guess the lesson to come away with here is that , even though I haven't had any meat, coffee, alcohol, or anything much except fruit and vegetable juices and the detox potions for the last five daze, I still feel great, maybe even better...ha! Not that I eat meat or consume alcohol every day. I probably...no definitely, do not consume near as much alcohol as the average college student. Coffee, I'll have to admit is usually a daily thing. But so is Superfood, Accelerator and Nutribody protein powder. Where is the energy coming from?

I'm still doing this insane "back to school" gig, although I haven't seen the movie yet. Anyways, hopefully the tone of this ramble is an indication of my mood being good, not that it was bad before. I feel like I could easily keep going with this juice diet, and keep up the frenetic pace of my schedule. I don't know, those hash browns I'm going to make with those potatoes I peeled to make the potassium broth sure seem like a good idea right now.
